She uses flavors and techniques she discovered traveling the world as a former flight attendant, which are further enhanced by her family’s food traditions and fresh local ingredients. Menu highlights include Black Eyed Pea Biryani, Grilled Zaatar Chicken Thigh with Green Tomato Chimichurri, Twisted Soul Salad, and Strawberry Peppercorn Vinaigrette. Whiskey Bar at Atlanta Centurion Lounge
The first Centurion Lounge Whiskey Bar, aptly named The Reserve by American Express, opens in Atlanta. The cocktail menu, curated by award-winning mixologist Jim Meehan, includes the Drink a Peach, a peach-flavored whiskey and bitters, and the Mamie Tailored, a combination of American whiskey and ginger beer. Who has access to the American Express Centurion Lounge in Atlanta?
American Express cardmembers with a Centurion or Platinum branded credit card, such as The Platinum Card from American Express or The Business Platinum Card from American Express, have access to the Amex Centurion Lounge. Delta SkyMiles Reserve American Express Card and Delta SkyMiles Reserve Business American Express Cardmembers enjoy complimentary access to Centurion Lounges in the U.S. on Delta-operated flights. Since Atlanta is Delta’s main hub, this will likely be the most common way to access the lounge. Travelers cannot purchase access to Centurion Lounges even if they have another American Express card.
Centurion and Corporate Platinum cardmembers can bring up to two complimentary guests into the lounge. How to find the Centurion Lounge at Atlanta Airport
Head to Gate E11 and you’ll find the lounge entrance with a line of frosted blue glass doors just outside the gate area. Atlanta’s terminals are connected after security, so you can access the lounge no matter which airline you fly with. If you want to start from a different concourse, you’ll have to go through an underground tunnel or take a plane to get there. It’s easy to forget about the crowds at Atlanta Airport once you enter the lounge, so give yourself plenty of time to get back to your departure gate.
