Kerns says he “loves” the job and frequently posts on TikTok, encouraging other independent contractors to work at Amazon Flex. She says she promoted the company without getting paid for it.
TikToker claims Amazon Flex management was “offended or didn’t like” her post about her work. She said someone reported her TikTok account and received an email notifying that the company was investigating her Flex account, saying she had violated its privacy terms. He said he never posted personal information on TikTok and denied that he violated the terms.

“It is very unfortunate that this is happening. [email protected] Let me do my job again,” Kerns wrote in the video’s caption.
But TikToker didn’t seem too upset about the situation at the time. In the comments below her video she wrote: Truly the best job I’ve ever had (I don’t take a commission!!)”

Viewers expressed their condolences to TikToker, but reassured her that she would find a better job.

Some viewers have commented that Kerns and her TikTok videos were what sparked their interest in Amazon Flex itself. Some even said she might boycott Amazon for firing her.
