Kim Rittberg tells the agent a simple message “Content cashing”.
Litberg is a former journalist and broadcast writer and is currently working as a real estate video coach. On Friday, she appeared on the Inman Connect New York stage as part of a series of sessions on how to build a business using social media.
In the session, Wendy Four Size, the highest marketing manager of EXP, focused on video production, social media, and viral advantages and weaknesses. The overall conclusion is that if agents want to raise their business to the next level, they need to strengthen their social media strategies.
Some of the hints shared by experts are shown below.
Overcome the fear
Four Sise reminded me that a lap video featuring her, EXP World Holdings CEO GLENN SANFORD, and Leo Pareja of EXP Realty CEO have become a hot topic. The video shows the trio dancing and wrapping on the stage, and initially spread among supporters and videos. But soon, it permeated the mainstream viewers and created a violent ridicule. It didn’t feel good.
According to Four Sise, the company temporarily turned offline the video. But the lessons were bigger and more important. By viral, Four Sise has been able to overcome the fear that the agents will not be able to share content online.

Don’t hide from the camera
Litberg also talked about fear and investigated the audience to see who was not reluctant to reflect on the camera. Only about half of the crowd raised his hand. However, Litberg agreed that it is essential for agents to find a new client and earn more money.
“I’m hesitant to be reflected in the camera because of fear,” she claimed.
Litberg said that there were various forms, such as postponement of fear. However, the fear of fear was eventually “hidden from the camera,” and she said it was equivalent to being “hidden from customers.”
“My agent recognizes this,” said Litberg. “Those who are not hidden take their customers to the right and left.”

Don’t delay your voice
Fourthic has observed that many of the successful agents prefer outsourcing a variety of tasks, which is no surprise. However, with regard to social media, the agent needs a real voice, but she warns that if she assigns an online content to others, she will not get the voice.
“I can’t delegate my voice,” she advised. “Don’t get social media on behalf of others. You need to be faithful to your voice. From there, you will create super power as a brand.”
Build reliability
Litberg said in a presentation that the agent needed to be an expert in his field.
It may not be a problem for an experienced agent with many years of proven track record. However, Litberg advised newcomers who do not have so much expertise to find other things that can prove their expertise. According to Litberg, they may include the “victory” of the agent or all the agents. But the important thing is to find a way to indicate that agents have knowledge of clients.
“There are a variety of ways to show your reliability, even if you’re only involved in your business,” concluded Ritberg.
Please share your story
Four Sise acknowledged that some agents are stumbling for being recognized that they are lacking online. However, she said that the idea of content creation would be revealed. Agents can post, for example, questions raised by clients, houses that can be found, and market reports.
Fourty’s claim was that the agent should “share your story”. She can further say, “There are infinite lists that need to be done every day.” And they may become content on social media.
In any case, the session between Four Sise and Litberg was that the agent needed to be online brands.
“We all have become content creators,” said Four Six. “We are in a world where brands are important to build brands, build business, and use content for that.”
