Charlotte, North Carolina (theACC.com) – The Atlantic Coast Conference and its television partners have announced the following football game times and networks for Week 9, October 26-28.
Five ACC football games scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 28 will be rescheduled for a six-day selection.
Thursday, October 26th
- Syracuse, Virginia Tech, 7:30 p.m. ET, on ESPN – previously announced
Saturday, October 28th
- UConn at Boston University, noon ET on the ACC Network.
- The Pit of Notre Dame, 3:30pm ET, NBC/Peacock – previously announced
- Georgia Tech, North Carolina – TBD
- Duke at Louisville – TBD
- Virginia at Miami – TBD
- Clemson, North Carolina – TBD
- Florida State University Wake Forest – TBD
Notes on ACC
Throughout the first seven weeks of the season:
- The ACC had four teams ranked in the Associated Press Top 25 poll this week: Florida State (4th), North Carolina (10th), Duke (16th) and Louisville (21st). Clemson and Miami are also receiving votes.
- The ACC has two undefeated teams in Florida State (6-0) and North Carolina State (6-0), which is second-most among FBS conferences. Two of the 11 undefeated FBS teams are in the ACC.
- The ACC had six teams start the season 4-0, which was the most teams in the Power 5 conferences to start 4-0 in a season in the AP polling era (since 1936) in 2012. Lined up in the SEC.
- With another game announced on ABC for Week 8 (October 21), the ACC will play six games (the most of any FBS conference) on ABC’s “Saturday Night Football,” as well as on ABC, ESPN, and ESPN2. He will appear in 25 games. the first eight weeks of the season.
- To date, 18 ACC contests are scheduled to be broadcast nationally on ABC, and 27 games will also be broadcast on the ACC Network.
- Twelve different league programs will be featured on 18 national ABC telecasts.
- Tickets are on sale now for the 2023 ACC Football Championship Game on Saturday, Dec. 2 at 8 p.m. at Bank of America Stadium in Charlotte, North Carolina. The 2023 ACC Football Championship Game will feature the top two teams based on the highest winning percentage in regular season conference play. If necessary, the league’s tie-breaking policy will be used to determine participants.
