Kanye West hired a fixer to spy on and investigate ex-wife Kim Kardashian’s family and followed his current wife, Bianca Censoli, according to new charges filed against the rapper. An unnamed former Michigan-based employee filed the lawsuit in Los Angeles on Monday, Oct. 7, alleging retaliation, labor law violations and emotional distress. According to a report in People, the former employee is seeking seven figures in damages, along with unpaid wages.
In the lawsuit, former employees claim they were ordered to investigate criminal ties to the Kardashian family. They also accused the rapper of hiring a private investigator to track and follow his current wife, Bianca Sensori, without her knowledge. The incident reportedly occurred when Sensoli was visiting family in Australia alone.
The plaintiffs alleged that Mr. West threatened them with bodily harm, including death, when they brought up the allegations about Donda Academy. Former staff members received calls where they learned children were being abused at the school, but nothing seemed to be done to rectify or report the problem. “You’re really dead to me!” West reportedly told the complainant.
Kanye West, Bianca Sensori, and Kim Kardashian have yet to publicly comment on the lawsuit.
