announced by Amazon blog post Select Disney Resort hotel guests will be able to use the “first of its kind” voice assistant for free, in addition to using their own Echo device at home.
To create this experience, Disney turned to Alexa Custom Assistant. It’s a voice artificial intelligence (AI) framework that allows the company to quickly and easily develop their own custom voice assistants that co-exist with Alexa.
According to Amazon, “this new voice assistant called Disney Magical Companion” is the voice of Hey Disney. A customer can relax at home or in a Disney Resort hotel room where he can access services via his Echo smart speaker.
