Rihanna chatted with Extra’s Terri Seymour on Saturday while celebrating the launch of her new Fenty Beauty Soft Lit Foundation in LA.
Rihanna expressed her passion for the launch, saying, “This is the biggest launch in the brand’s history…a new era in the foundation of the brand.”
She continued, “This is a nice, glowing, natural skin look with a softer, luminescent finish.”
She said she doesn’t like oily makeup and also revealed that the new product was inspired by her hometown. “If I say so myself, Barbados has the best prime time in the world. We basically just bottle everything up. Barbados has always been a source of inspiration for all of our products for me.” There are so many great things in this bottle or foundation that are gentle on the skin.
RiRi also teased her Met Gala look on Extra, saying, “I’m actually keeping it really simple this year…it depends on what my makeup and hair look like.”
Revealing that she had two options for the dress, she explained, “It seems very simple…compared to what I’ve been doing, I’m coming to dinner!”
The superstar also talked about how her style has evolved as a mother, saying, “When you become a mother, your style goes from ‘Okay,’ to ‘Let’s see what looks good,’ to ‘Not today.’ I’m going to be a bitch.’” He has to remind himself from time to time that he’s still there. ”
They also talked about preparing to celebrate son RZA’s second birthday next month. “I was shocked just the other day… 2 under, a real royal rumble.”
