Tori Spelling, 50, has officially filed for divorce from Dean McDermott, 57, after 18 years of marriage.
TMZ report Tori set the date of separation as June 17, 2023, and attributed the separation to irreconcilable differences.
The “Beverly Hills, 90210” star also wants a judge to award spousal support while preventing Dean from being granted support from her.
Mr. Spelling also wants Mr. Dean to cover his legal costs.
Tori and Dean have five minor children. She wants joint legal custody as well as sole physical custody of the children. According to a report from TMZ, she is willing to meet with Dean.
Other assets will be divided as the case progresses, the papers said. There is no mention of premarital sex.
Spelling and McDermott married in 2006.
