A week after a mass shooting in Kansas City, two adults have been charged with murder.
Dominick M. Miller and Lindell Mays are charged with second-degree murder, as well as two counts of armed criminal action and unlawful use of a weapon, according to a press release from Jackson County Attorney Jean Peters Baker. There is.
